A deposit holds your dates. The balance is paid when you arrive, by M-Pesa, card or cash.

Cancellation
Free cancellation until 7 days before arrival, at 12:00. After that the deposit is kept. Refunds go back to the M-Pesa number or card that paid.
Payment methods
M-Pesa prompt, Visa and Mastercard, and M-Pesa Paybill. Your card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page, never on this website.
Payment questions
How much do I pay now?
Rooms and family weekends: half now to hold your dates, the rest when you arrive. Conference days: 30% now. Pool day passes are paid in full.
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa (a prompt arrives on your phone), by Visa or Mastercard on a secure card page, or by M-Pesa Paybill with your booking reference as the account number.
When do I get my confirmation?
On screen as soon as the payment goes through, with your booking reference. You can send it to us on WhatsApp, save it, and add it to your calendar.
Can I change my dates?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. Up to 7 days before arrival we move your booking at no cost.
Is the online price the final price?
The total you see before paying is what you pay: what is due now and what is due on arrival are both shown.
